About K.P. Metals

Although K.P. BRONZE Ltd. is a Continuous Cast Manufacturer, we have access to an On-Site Machine Shop, known as K.P. METALS CO. LTD.

K.P. METALS was founded with one purpose in mind. To help our existing customers with their finished requirements. Our goal was to make it easier for our customers to come to K.P. BRONZE and be able to get all their bronze requirements in one place.

The benefit? We share some of the same resources, thus reducing their overhead and offering you superior quality and competitive prices.

Since their conception, K.P. METALS rejection rate has been lower than 1% per year. Quality is FIRST and FOREMOST as they understand the importance of the Finished Product.

K.P. METALS carries an extensive line of standard bushings, plus numerous custom work is done daily such as: washers, spacers, flanges, split, window, straight sleeve, plus grooves.

Machine Capabilities

The On-site Machine shop is equipped with modern CNC Lathe Turning Centres, Manual Lathes and Vertical Mills. We can manufacture bushing sizes up to 19" outside diameter with maximum lengths of 30" and up to 22" outside diameter with maximum lengths of 12".
